1. Order Processing Most of our products are made to order. This means your item is created specifically for you once the order is placed.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–5 business days, but in some cases, processing may take up to 7–10 business days, especially during peak seasons.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Times Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

4. Split Shipments Some items in your order may ship separately depending on availability, fulfillment timelines, or warehouse locations. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to activate.

6. Shipping Issues If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Check your tracking link first.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes MX LGND is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred outside the U.S. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.

8. Address Errors & Re-Shipments Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur a re-shipping fee.
